Shipping and Delivery through RockingCarpets.ch
RockingCarpets.ch only ships orders to addresses in Switzerland. The delivery address and the billing address can be different; however, in the case of payment on account, the order is always sent to the billing address and not to a delivery address if it is different from the billing address. Nevertheless, if you wish, we would be happy to send you just an invoice. The delivery will be made to the respective delivery address once payment has been received.
Our customers do not pay the costs of packaging and shipping carpets. Some accessories and consumer goods may be subject to a minimum quantity fee, if these items are ordered separately or if no carpet is ordered. The minimum order fee is explained in detail in the online shop.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has left our warehouse and has been transferred to the logistics service provider. As a rule, shipping your order takes approximately one work week.
Delivery is through one of our logistics service providers, usually the Swiss postal service or DPD.
In its online store, RockingCarpets.ch tries to only display items that are in stock or directly on route to RockingCarpets.ch. However, because all our carpets are one-of-a-kind pieces, it is possible that, despite all our best efforts, a carpet is no longer available, even though it is displayed as such in our online store. This is especially possible during the short time interval between when a carpet is sold through a different channel (for example, a direct sale offline or to a partner shop) and when it has been updated on the RockingCarpets.ch website.
Did you order a carpet that doesn’t look like you imagined it would? No problem. Simply return the carpet to RockingCarpets.ch within 14 days of receipt. We include a postage return label with every order. Use this label to return the carpet, intact and in its original packaging to us, free of charge.
